Key Responsibilities
Provide spiritual care support and guidance that honors the patient’s beliefs and values
Work with the care team to develop, implement, and supervise the spiritual needs of patients and families
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field
2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting
Reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services
Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying
