Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician to support K-12 special education students in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. You'll implement individualized plans in a structured classroom, helping students thrive academically and behaviorally while gaining hands-on experience in education.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Provide support in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher OR passing score on Paraeducator Assessment OR Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
