Key Responsibilities
Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services
Conduct assessments to determine rehabilitation needs
Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals and groups
Document treatment notes, progress reports, and evaluations
Monitor progress and maintain accurate treatment records
Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Educate and train staff and families on speech and language activities
Participate in clinical reviews and program development
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active licensure in Michigan
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Ability to work with consumers having neurological disabilities/TBI
Ability to design, implement, update and document treatment programs
