Key Responsibilities
Lead operational excellence initiatives for mission-critical systems
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues across the full technology stack
Drive continuous improvement of operational processes
Conduct thorough post-incident analysis and implement preventive measures
Partner with development teams to influence system design decisions
Perform technical deep-dives into system components
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve system reliability
Mentor team members on operational best practices
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or above, or Cloud+ or GICSP or GSEC or SSCP
5+ years of Linux systems administration experience
5+ years of experience working with scripting language
Experience as a technical lead for a team of engineers
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of Linux systems administration experience with experience automating routine and complex tasks
5+ years experience with cloud computing technologies preferably with cross domain solutions
5+ years of experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments
Understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability
Experience troubleshooting complex undefined issues through performance and log analysis
