Job Description

As a Customer Experience Guide at DriveTime, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through engaging sales activities and effective communication. This position involves both virtual and in-store interactions, ensuring customers receive the best experience in purchasing vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales and customer experience activities both virtually and in-store
  • Collaborate with managers and other guides to enhance customer experience
  • Handle deal documentation, underwriting, cash management, and inventory
  • Execute company directives and expectations
  • Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate customers
  • Open/close the dealership as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
