As a Customer Experience Guide at DriveTime, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through engaging sales activities and effective communication. This position involves both virtual and in-store interactions, ensuring customers receive the best experience in purchasing vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in sales and customer experience activities both virtually and in-store
Collaborate with managers and other guides to enhance customer experience
Handle deal documentation, underwriting, cash management, and inventory
Execute company directives and expectations
Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate customers
Open/close the dealership as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
