Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist residents with daily living activities and health care needs
Maintain cleanliness of living areas and assist with recreational programs
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in relevant state
Completion of state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
12 hours of continuing education annually based on state requirements
