Job Description

As the Vice President of Sales & Operations at American Esoteric Laboratories, you will provide strategic leadership across the MidSouth region, overseeing sales, client services, and operations. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing patient experiences while fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the division’s vision and strategy for sales and operations
  • Oversee sales and operational performance for efficiency and quality
  • Champion process improvements and service delivery enhancements
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Own financial performance related to sales revenue and operational costs
  • Establish, implement, revise, and maintain sales and operations policies and procedures
  • Comply with all regulations and company policies
  • Travel extensively throughout the MidSouth Division
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Proven Anatomic and Clinical Pathology sales and operations leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive laboratory sales & operations management
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
