Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients based on departmental standards
Conduct and modify evaluations based on patient symptoms and medical status
Administer therapeutic exercises and physical agents to relieve pain
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Document in accordance with insurance guidelines
Supervise affiliated students and participate in continuing education
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy
Advanced specialty practice in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor diagnoses
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Windows-based programs
Basic keyboarding skills
Reliable transportation for travel between multiple work sites
