Education Requirements

• Valid RN license in Montana or eligibility through compact state agreements.
• Active Montana State RN license required.

Certifications Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care and coordinate patient treatment as an ER Charge Nurse .
• Supervise and support nursing staff during night shifts (3x12s, 6p-6a).
• Manage swing bed responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Serve as a leader during shift changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
