Key Responsibilities
Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services
Ensure individual assessment and participation with goal identification and treatment planning
Complete timely documentation of treatment notes and reports
Monitor individuals’ progress and maintain accurate treatment records
Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Provide education and monitoring to staff and families
Attend and present at team and department meetings
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active licensure in Michigan
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or currently completing CFY
Ability to work with consumers with neurological disabilities/TBI
Ability to design, implement, update and document treatment programs
