Key Responsibilities
Perform repair and maintenance work on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks
Maintain a working knowledge of vehicle components and systems
Identify the source of malfunctions using electronic tools
Perform line maintenance welding and fabrication
Safely provide road service when necessary
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technician position
Basic understanding of work order labor time standards
Ability to perform basic inspections with limited supervision
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with maintenance work on Classes 1-5 and Class 7-8 trucks
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications (T1-T8)
Commercial Driver’s License
