Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant General Manager and lead a team dedicated to creating fun dining experiences. You'll oversee all restaurant operations, focusing on team development and maintaining high standards while driving sales and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to create positive culture
Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, team development, and guest experience
Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines
Develop action plans to drive sales and manage costs
Maintain staffing levels and ensure team training and performance
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work minimum 5 days, 48 hours per week
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience
