Key Responsibilities
Guide a team through several phases of hardware systems lifecycle
Architect new electronic systems and develop subsystem requirements
Conduct peer reviews of designs and present to peers and management
Manage suppliers and lead proposal development efforts
Support multiple programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience with electrical hardware development
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with missile guidance electronics subsystems
Project leadership experience
Knowledge of DOD Hardware development process
Experience in Earn Value Management System (EMVS)
Knowledge of mixed signal electronics
Experience in developing proposals
Knowledge of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
