The Director oversees the Adult and Family Residential Division, ensuring clinical, operational, and fiscal oversight while supporting residents with serious mental illness. This role emphasizes a trauma-informed approach and aims to foster independence and stability in housing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clinical supervision
Ensure overall clinical, operational and fiscal oversight of assigned programs
Deliver effective interventions to achieve meaningful outcomes
Lead recruitment, hiring, and personnel matters
Conduct regular apartment inspections
Maintain program budgets and fiscal viability
Act as a strong steward of agency resources
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
At least two years of supervisory experience in residential services or related human services programs
Substantial experience working with seriously mentally ill population
Understanding of trauma-informed care
Understanding of co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse addiction
