Job Description
Join SAIIA Construction as a Traveling Project Manager, where you'll lead Civil and Construction projects with a focus on Heavy Civil Construction or CCR experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Coordinate project activities and maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Manage financial aspects of contracts
Assist in scheduling service and maintenance on equipment
Coordinate safety-related activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent related field
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in construction estimating software
Proficiency in construction scheduling software
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
Knowledge of mass grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure requirements
Experience with job costing, scheduling and estimating contract changes
