Job Description

Join Urban Dove Team as a Math Teacher, where you'll empower at-risk youth through a unique blend of academics and sports-based development. Collaborate with a supportive team to foster a dynamic learning environment that adapts to diverse student needs and promotes success in school and life.

Key Responsibilities

Co-teach five 55-minute classes
Collaborate in an Inclusive Co-Teaching environment
Maintain an organized classroom that promotes student independence
Plan and implement student-centered instruction
Participate in IEP meetings
Communicate with families and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
New York State Certification
Commitment to UD Team mission and core values

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree preferred
Experience in a Transfer School
Google Applications proficiency
