Key Responsibilities
Co-teach and build an engaging classroom environment
Teach mathematics, reading, writing, science, and social studies
Analyze student work and assessments weekly
Build positive relationships with students and families

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated interest in impacting K-12 students in urban schools and communities
Academic expertise in Elementary Education, Humanities, English, Social Sciences, or related fields
Commitment to supporting students’ social emotional and academic development
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience in teaching
Teacher certification eligibility in New Jersey
