Join OCHIN as a Health Outcomes Data Analyst to drive health equity through data insights. Collaborate with leaders to conduct evidence-based analyses, generating impactful findings that enhance care delivery across a national network.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct systematic literature reviews to inform analyses
Establish and implement equity, justice, and data de-colonization frameworks
Conduct rapid-cycle evaluations and analytics
Develop and apply quantitative analytic methods
Generate high quality, readily interpretable deliverables
Analyze clinical quality measure performance
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Actively participate in internal OCHIN cross-departmental project teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in rapid cycle evaluation or implementation science
Bachelor's degree in statistics, biostatistics, public health, or a related field required
Intermediate level of proficiency working with MS Excel
Experience with Tableau
Demonstrated experience with program evaluation
Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills
Strong time management skills and demonstrated capability to work on multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree preferred
Experience working with health outcomes data
Experience applying approaches to data justice and de-colonization
Experience in a telecommuter role
Experience working with financial analysis (ROI and Cost Benefit)
Experience working with AI tools in data
