Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic procedures on patients using ultrasound waves
Examine tissue and body structure to provide quality images
Conduct abdominal, pelvic, gynecologic, small parts, Doppler studies and interventional procedures
Assess each patient’s individual age-specific needs and provide individualized treatment and care
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program specializing in Sonography
Credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – ARDMS or RDMS
Proficient in real time, color flow, doppler, transvaginal, biopsies, interventional procedures
Preferred Qualifications
