Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·1 year of Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience as staff nurse

·3-4 contracts in a dedicated pediatric CICU

·2 years minimum PICU experience as staff nurse

·Experience with caring for patients with congenital heart disease and post operative management of CHD patients

·Experience with management of arterial lines, central lines, transthoracic lines

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· 2 years or more of Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience as staff nurse 

·At least 1 year Experience with caring for neonatal cardiac patients (pre-op and post op management)

·2 or more years as a Pediatric cardiac experience in step down or cardiology floor.

 

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· PALS, BLS, ACLS
