Lead the development and implementation of the global strategy for Sarclisa
Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Global teams for Life Cycle Strategy
Ensure launch readiness for Multiple Myeloma indications
Develop Sarclisa brand plan and strategy
Execute the defined strategy across countries
Attract and recruit top talents and manage performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business
15 years of experience in commercial operations (Sales, Marketing, Sales Analytics, Product/Project management, and/or consulting)
Deep expertise in Oncology
US specific experience
Current or recent launch experience within specialty care
Strong strategic thinking skills
Strong project management expertise
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree
Experience within Hematology and Multiple Myeloma
Global experience
Experience interacting with HCPs
Strong network with industry Key-Opinion-Leaders (KOLs)
