Job Description
Join BoldAge PACE as an Occupational Therapist and make a difference in the lives of seniors. You'll plan, organize, and implement therapy services while working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial and periodic in-person assessments
Recommend and coordinate adaptive equipment and therapy services
Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans
Deliver OT interventions across various settings
Educate participants and caregivers on equipment use and safety strategies
Maintain documentation of assessments and participant progress
Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state
Two years of experience working on an interdisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
