As a RedBull Student Marketeer, you are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you will learn about RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in the region. Your tasks include reaching new consumers, exciting university students, increasing sales, and enhancing visibility of the RedBull brand. This involves direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and thrive in a creative and inclusive work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Live and embody the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions.
Build and implement a tailored, innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at your university.
Create a strong network around your campus, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
Identify local collegiate content creators relevant to RedBull scenes and collaborate with your FMS to integrate them into the RedBull community.
Grow the user base by encouraging positive trials and awareness through product sampling at appropriate times and locations, addressing consumer questions and concerns.
Participate in RedBull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to deliver memorable brand experiences.
Increase awareness and participation in the World of RedBull, including collegiate events and activations.
Enhance brand engagement on your social media handles through authentic content.
Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull's availability and visibility in outlets, on campus, and regionally.
Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points within your university and beyond.
Utilize relevant RedBull assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales accounts.
Ensure perfect execution of store standards.
Deliver excellence and attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
Share ideas and collaborate with your team through regular interactions, both face-to-face and online.
Plan and report activities promptly and accurately on the dedicated online platform.
Contribute local insights, trends, and opportunities to business development.
Minimum requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid US driver’s license
Currently enrolled in a university or college
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends, for at least 15 hours per week
Deep involvement in student life and understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city hotspots
Connected with diverse influential groups and individuals on campus
Interest in project management, behind-the-scenes work, and sales
Team player willing to wear branded outfits and participate in RedBull activities
Willing to travel 0-10%
