Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Achieve sales growth through maintaining standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
Maintain reports and records
Control inventory and maintain building and equipment
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Exhibit actions/behaviors that align with BNE’s Vision and Values
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
