Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based

MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in Philadelphia, PA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a great opportunity for a PT who’s passionate about supporting students’ physical development, mobility, and access to learning in an educational setting.

You'll be working alongside a collaborative team of educators and therapists to ensure that each student’s physical therapy needs are met in accordance with their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students with physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working across multiple school sites if needed
• New grads with pediatric clinicals are welcome to apply
