Behavioral Health Therapist -Garcia House
Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights ($7 per hour), weekends and holidays.
Role Overview:
Responsible for providing assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy as well as case management. Develop and monitor service plans, treatment progress, document interactions and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental illness, disorders, and/or disabilities and substance use disorders. Coordinate with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver services to clients. Collaborate with medical providers, nurses, behavioral health technicians, case managers, peer specialists and psychiatrists regarding treatment. The role will work with and advocate for diverse and often marginalized populations daily to provide interventions, support, and resources, and to ensure that the appropriate services are offered in an inclusive and equitable manner.
Residential (Garcia House)- a specialty co-occurring residential Circle Program providing comprehensive ASAM 3.7 and 3.5 residential treatment to individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
