Key Responsibilities
Manage the preventive maintenance activities in the production plant
Drive engineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team
Define manufacturing methods for new and existing products
Evaluate needed investment and assembly time of new production lines
Define and provide test equipment and support validation projects
Lead the elimination of MUDA in the production plant
Drive innovation and new ideas to improve productivity and automation
Design new packaging methods
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar
3 to 5 years of work-related experience in manufacturing processes
Experience in the implementation of design changes in a manufacturing environment
Experience in preventive maintenance and maintenance analytics
Know-how in Data Analyst projects (e.g. Power BI)
Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and implementing new ideas to improve productivity
Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps and Project Management Tools
Experience in lean manufacturing through QCC or Kaizens Event leadership
