Join Mosaic as an Associate Direct Support Manager and make a positive impact in the lives of others. In this role, you'll manage operations for Residential and Day Services Programs, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor health and safety of individuals served
Coordinate activities and support individuals with daily living activities
Schedule staff and cover shortages
Administer medications and participate in individual program planning
Maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress
Intervene during aggressive/inappropriate behavior
Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (can obtain after hire)
Minimum of one year experience in related field
