Job Description
E-Therapy is seeking a dedicated Remote Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to provide impactful speech and language therapy services to K-12 students. Enjoy flexible scheduling and the chance to make a significant difference in students' lives while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, fluency, and pragmatic skills
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support communication goals
Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions
Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Document therapy sessions and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' needs
Required Qualifications
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California
Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in teletherapy or online counseling
Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology
