Summary

Performs all clinical activities per assigned shift. Participates in staff scheduling, assures appropriate shift coverage, on-call coverage, and related activities of the staff. Also participates in employee orientation, training and competency determinations. Actively participates in clinical evaluations of products and/or procedures. Provides conflict resolution and acts as the resource staff member for the shift.
