As a Relationship Manager at Citizens, you will engage with affluent clients to provide personalized financial planning and advice. You will work collaboratively with a team to exceed client expectations while driving growth in deposits and investments.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements
Provide exceptional client experiences
Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Partner with colleagues in other lines of business
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or relevant experience
Experience with affluent and high net worth clients
SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses
Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
Experience maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners
