Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an efficient occupational health nursing process
Provide compassionate, quality care to team members
Utilize cost containment measures in departmental activities
Conduct health assessments and evaluations for return-to-work and fitness for duty
Coordinate workers' compensation management
Adhere to health management protocols and regulations
Participate in health and safety education
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active current license
Graduate of a nursing school accredited by the State Board of Nurse Examiners
3 to 5 years of practice experience after graduation
Ability for effective written and oral communication
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and skills
Completed a CPR course within the previous year
