Job Description
As a B2B Sales Representative at Staples, you will be the primary contact for customers, building long-term relationships and managing accounts to drive sales. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction, while consistently meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with customers
Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Maintain client satisfaction and provide exceptional service
Manage existing accounts to drive sales and achieve profit margins
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products and programs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service
Effective communication skills (oral and written)
Effective relationship building skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management experience
