Position: Nurse Educator – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Concord, MA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Shift Type: 12-hour Days
Schedule: No weekends, no holidays, no call
The Nurse Educator serves as a role model, consultant, change agent, and facilitator in assessing learning needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for the Emerson Hospital Obstetrical Nursing areas. Utilizing evidence-based instructional techniques and adult/pediatric learning principles, the Nurse Educator develops and implements job aids, performance criteria, clinical competencies, and interactive practical experiences to support staff development and enhance patient care.
