Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repair process and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Conduct post-scanning for vehicles
Handle disbursement paperwork and address exceptions
