Key Responsibilities
Supervises customer service associates and store operations
Engages customers and resolves complaints to ensure a positive experience
Manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
Analyzes financial and performance data to support business deliverables
Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome OR satisfactorily completed a Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience in a supervisory position
Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional business ethics, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and business acumen
Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends
Willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position, if offered, which may require relocation
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Management experience including supervising others, managing, and assigning work for internal candidates
Business majors and prior retail or food industry experience for external candidates
