Key Responsibilities
Develop budget for housekeeping departments
Maintain company credit card and expense management
Ensure compliance with safety and ecological standards
Conduct trainings for safety and health standards
Coach and develop staff within the department
Create SOPs and departmental policies
Required Qualifications
Secondary education required
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality field
Strong personnel management skills
Computer proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications software desired
Good planning, administrative, organizational, and budget management skills
