Job Description
Join Research Medical Center as a Charge RN in Cardiac Care, where you will lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional patient-centered care and make a significant impact in the lives of cardiac patients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Support improved outcomes and service with subject matter experts and leadership.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
Assist with staff scheduling.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse Diploma
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 30 days of employment)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (within 30 days of employment)
