As a Client Engagement Specialist at The Jewish Board, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive compassionate, quality care. You will manage calls, schedule appointments, and support clients by addressing their needs, all while working closely with a dedicated team in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and confirm client availability
Document services provided in client charts
Communicate with clinic staff regarding appointments and client needs
Collect co-pays and necessary documentation
Perform routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
