Develop and maintain a complex ticketing system

Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in software development
At least 4 years of experience with Ruby/RoR and/or React with Redux
Strong understanding of distributed computing principles
Ability to mentor and lead engineers
Experience with the software lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
Experience with customer- and employee-service systems
Experience scaling and modernizing legacy systems
Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka
Excellent communication skills
