  • Develop and maintain a complex ticketing system

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development
  • At least 4 years of experience with Ruby/RoR and/or React with Redux
  • Strong understanding of distributed computing principles
  • Ability to mentor and lead engineers
  • Experience with the software lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with customer- and employee-service systems
  • Experience scaling and modernizing legacy systems
  • Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka
  • Excellent communication skills
