COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - 348,800- Sign-on: $30K- Relocation: $10K or paid with receipts- Loan repayment: ($10,800 from hospital) PSLF and NHSC qualified- Vacation: 6 weeks+ surgery closed on holidays- CME: $1K- Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision, starts after 30 days.- Retirement: Employer contribution 6.Housing: Accommodations for on and off-site housing providedRESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)- Cases and case mix: 80 cases a month 4 per day- General Surgery and Scopes: Daily- Pain: Two times per week- GYN: Every other week- Ophthalmology, Urology, Ortho: Monthly- PRN: OB, Epidurals, C-Sections - Average 4 births per month- Hours: M-F 7-3p (some days less than 8-hours) May go offsite after cases.- Call: 1:3 weeks- Housing: Accommodations for on and off-site housing providedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)- Licensed CRNA- Competence with variety of cases listed aboveCOMMUNITY Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)- 30 miles to Salina, Kansas (Airport), 80 miles to Wichita, Kansas- Country club: away)- Recreational lake for camping, boating, and fishing, hiking, sports complex- For hunters: Pheasant and wild game hunting.- Schools both public & private and several places of worship close by.- REFERENCE NUMBER: 216271ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide.
