As a Breakfast Attendant at La Quinta New Orleans Airport, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service to guests during their breakfast experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to guests in the breakfast area
Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Support beverage and food service as necessary
Communicate with all departments regarding in-house VIPs
Perform cashiering functions and closing checks
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Must be able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in a hotel or related field
Understanding of hotel products and guest services
