Key Responsibilities
Teach a robust literature curriculum with inclusive texts
Guide students in analyzing diverse literature
Develop students' reading, writing, and discussion skills
Facilitate student-led discourse and critical thinking

Collaborate with department and grade level teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated interest in impacting K-12 students in urban schools
1-2 years experience preferred in related fields

Teacher certification eligibility in New Jersey
