Job Description

Join the Youth Assertive Community Treatment team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll make a significant impact on the lives of youth and their families. This role involves providing individualized treatment and support services, enhancing family functioning, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to promote health and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment to children and their families to address clinical needs
  • Engage families in defining goals and action steps for care
  • Assess risk and develop safety plans
  • Participate in person-centered care plan development and implementation
  • Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
  • Act as a liaison with community providers and schools
  • Complete casework documentation and report data
  • Provide on-call after-hour crisis intervention services

Required Qualifications

  • Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
  • A minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
  • Knowledge of mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
