Job Description

Join the Youth ACT Team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to make a significant impact in the lives of youth aged 10 to 21. You'll provide individualized treatment and support services to families, helping them navigate complex behavioral health challenges and foster stability and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment to children and their families to address clinical needs
  • Engage families in developing care plans and goals
  • Assess risk and provide crisis intervention services
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and community providers
  • Monitor participant progress and provide on-call crisis intervention

Required Qualifications

  • Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
  • Knowledge of mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn electronic health records and other software as required
