Key Responsibilities
Maintain high morale and loyalty to the resort
Meet and exceed guest expectations
Assist guests at the Front Desk during check-in and check-out
Ensure efficient communication between departments
Accurate billing and adjustments
Resolve guest issues with excellent customer service
Schedule staff and meet budget requirements
Required Qualifications
Previous Front Desk experience in a resort environment
Strong leadership skills
Outstanding guest service skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
MS Office proficiency
High school degree or equivalent experience
