Job Description
Join Hardee's as a Restaurant Breakfast Manager and lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service. You'll supervise breakfast operations, ensuring quality and cleanliness while mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant operations during breakfast shift
Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained
Maintain relationships with management and crew
Conduct crew meetings
Control inventory and manage labor costs
Train and develop crew
Assist in hiring qualified staff
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
1 year of shift management experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
