Key Responsibilities
Deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service
Register arriving guests and obtain payment information
Settle account balances and handle cash drawer
Respond to guest inquiries and provide general information
Print and process routine reports
Promote positive public/employee relations
Uphold guest relations and refer complaints to appropriate personnel
Assist other departments as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform any other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Prior high-volume customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year of hotel front desk experience
