As a Field Sales Executive at Quill, you will drive new revenue growth in the Philadelphia area by strategizing and executing sales initiatives. You'll engage with prospective customers, deliver impactful presentations, and collaborate with a dedicated team to exceed sales goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy
Qualify prospects based on customer size and potential
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Maintain accurate CRM records
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Collaborate with sales leadership to drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
