Key Responsibilities

  • Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload
  • Coach associates on exceptional performance
  • Train and develop associates on product knowledge and customer service
  • Maintain awareness of new store initiatives
  • Promote and drive sales
  • Review KPI results and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Leader
  • Ensure customers receive gracious and efficient service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years customer service or retail experience
  • Open availability to work flexible hours
